Through bent pipes, it is possible to achieve interesting architectonical shapes that can add a modern design to current constructions. Our own manufacturing equipment, based on induction heating of pipes, allows us to produce exacting steel structure components, including complicated shape parts (e.g. arches in roof constructions, load-bearing construction elements of elliptical and circular shapes, bridge constructions, etc.). Thanks to this technology, we are able to compete with European manufacturers regarding the particular branch and segment.

Production of Molded Parts with Fixed and Variable Bending Radius

These are bent segments with the diameter from 89 to 720 mm. We are able to provide the bent parts including bottom welds and joints in the total length of 15 - 17 meters.

Bending technology of spirally welded pipes

The bending technology of spirally welded pipes can be used especially in the field of gas industry, heating industry and power engineering. JINPO PLUS is the owner of patent for bending of spirally welded pipes. This technology allows us to save up to 30% of expenses in comparison to bent seamless pipes.

Pipe Bends and Serpentine Systems

Our production includes following products in diameters from 18 to 159 (cold bends) and from 90 mm to 720 mm (hot bends):

  • pipe bends according to EN 13480;
  • pipe and serpentine systems of steam boilers according to ČSN, EN and DIN;
  • bent pipes and products according to customer's requirements;
  • pipe bends are manufactured from low-carbon, carbon, micro-alloyed, low-alloy, high-alloy from P91 steel, abrasive and other materials.

Production Equipment

Bending machines produce pipe bends (hot and cold) in one or more planes:

Bending machine XOT 50 - cold bending:

  • bending pipes of diameter 18 x 2  ̴48,3 x 4 mm;
  • bending radius R = 40  ̴250 mm;
  • maximum bending angle is 180°.

Bending machine XOT 80 - cold bending:

  • bending pipes of diameter 33,7 x 2,6  ̴76 x 3,2 mm;
  • bending radius R = 80  ̴400 mm;
  • maximum bending angle is 180°.

Bending machine Karusel - cold bending:

  • bending pipes of diameter 51  ̴159 mm;
  • bending radius R = 150  ̴600 mm;
  • maximum bending angle is 180°.

The components of pressure systems are certified by ITI TÜV Bayern.

Bending machine SOT with induction heating - hot bending:

  • bending pipes of diameter 89  ̴720 mm;
  • bending arm Rmax = 3 000 mm;
  • bending ejector roller  R = 250  ̴60 000 mm;
  • maximum bending angle is 90°  ̴110° (when using bending arm).
